Before it starts to get really cold here in Chicago (saw a bunch of 40 degree highs in our immediate future), I've been trying to give all of my favorite skirts one last wear. I'm a real wimp in the winter here and can't handle just wearing tights when the temperatures drop. I love this top from Express, it's super versatile and can be worn for work or for play.
