Color Crush: Lavender

I've been crushing on lavender items for the past several months, yet a thorough cleaning of my closet this weekend (which produced this many bags of stuff to give away) determined that I own nothing in the shade.  Which frankly, is a bit sad.


1. / 2. / 3. / 4. / 5. / 6. / 7. / 8. / 9. 

Well, when I say no items in lavender that really isn't true, because A. I still have my backpack from highschool and B. It's lavender.  But the occasions to carry a backpack these days are few and far between.

    I only own one thing in lavender, but I'd love to pick up something else in the shade. Like that adorable necklace!

    I'm a fan of lavendar, although sometimes it's hard to find things in this color. Clearly I'm wrong because you just showed all these fab lavendar items. LOVE that bag and necklace!

    Love the idea of lavender, but it's probably the last color I would pick for myself. I don't know why though! Some things are just not on my fashion radar I guess (others include snakeskin patterns, earrings, bowties, knee high boots... and more! ). Love the collage, and I do really like the necklace you picked out - very feminine!

    I looooove that F21 shirtdress, and I want that bag! I actually don't think I own any lavender either! What a shame. Maybe I'll have to seek out something to add to my closet this month...

    To be totally transparent, I work for Nordstrom in our head quarters and we are trending the color purple to be huge this year! You should see it all over anniversary sale so way to be a head of the curve with lavender.
