Gray & White

Last week I ventured into the world of taking photos out in the street by myself with a tripod.  And let me tell you, it was super embarrassing.  Not only because I managed to set off my own car's alarm.  Or because I happened to run into my boyfriend's dad mid-shoot.  I tried to explain to him what I was doing, but I think that just confused him more.


Tee - Target / Jeans - Old Navy / Bag - Target (similar here) / Sandals - Payless (old, similar here) / Necklace - Sira & Mara / Bracelet - Baublebar (similar here)


This look was inspired by Jill of Good Life for Less.  I normally would think gray and white were a little too boring to go together, but her styleboard changed my mind.  Of course, I had to throw in a little color too.  That's just how I do ;)

    I love gray and white and the yellow is PERFECT with it! Yes, street photo shoots are embarrassing. I know my neighbors think I'm crazy or narcissistic.

    I'm all for grey and white in the spring and summer! They're both very crisp and great for this time of year. I totally give you credit for taking these shots with your tripod - I would be way to self conscious!

    So I think we are outfit soulmates: I wore the same color combo last Friday. Grey top, white jeans, and turquoise flat sandals. All I need is a yellow bag and we would have been twins!

    I give you props for venturing out! I still take my pics against a white wall with a remote. I'm way to chicken to take it outside! I love this outfit too. The turquoise really pops with the white.
