Tee - Old Navy / Jacket - Target (old, last seen here) / Jeans - Gap / Shoes - Madewell / Bag - F21 (old) / Necklace - c/o Lovelywholesale.com / Bracelet - Michael Kors
I saw these graphic tees at Old Navy (that are totally JCrew copycats) and I just couldn't resist. Even though I maaaaay already own an almost identical one from JCrew Factory. I actually sized up for this tee (something I NEVER do, usually I'm sizing down to get the fit I want) because I wanted it to be a little loose instead of tight like most Old Navy tees tend to be. I usually don't find myself getting that into trends, but I am all about graphic tees these days. I'm hoping it's a trend that really sticks around. Here I paired my graphic tee with boyfriend jeans and flats, but I definitely want to dress it up with a pencil or a-line skirt and some heels too.
Oh, and can we talk about these flats? They are so adorable that I want to wear them all the time, and then I walk one block in them and basically want to cut off my feet they hurt so much. I often find myself ignoring foot pain when trying on shoes because "it's not that bad," or "my feet will get used to them." It's definitely a bad plan, because I now own so many shoes that I never wear, or can only wear if we aren't planning on walking anywhere (which basically never happens in Chicago). Struggles of a style blogger/shoeaholic/Chicagoan.

Holy chic is correct about this outfit!
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are adorable! I'm bummed they don't fit you right because I would totally be scooping up a pair of those shoes. My madewell side walk skimmer flats are some of the most comfortable flats I own. I might just get a little trendy myself and get a few of those tees!1
ReplyDeleteI love this SO much! That blazer is awesome and I love the tee!

ReplyDeleteGraphic tees have totally made a comeback, I love how you styled it with that classic floral blazer!

Ugh such a bummer that the shoes hurt! I don't know if my feet have somehow gotten even wider or some companies are making their shoes narrower, but I bought 3 pairs this year from places I usually have no trouble with (Target, Gap) and they're too small! It sucks. But at least the top half of your look is adorable! Love the pattern mixing!
