...Had a little date night with Jeff at our favorite burger place, Burger Bar, and tried poutine for the first time. I'm very pro ;)
...Went to the Chicago Beer Festival in Union Station with Jeff and a couple of friends, where we tasted all of the beers and consumed a whole lot of pretzels in necklace form.
...Watched Remember the Titans. Twice. Because it's the best.
...Grabbed (many) drinks at Green Street Smoked Meats, and in lieu of any smoked meats, pounded through a couple Frito pies ;)
...Did a major cleanout of our house and now have piles and piles of stuff to donate. Anyone want to finish the project for me and actually take the stuff down to the Salvation Army?
...Finally made this slow cooker beef & broccoli recipe, and omg so good. Excuse me, but I need to go lick my plate again.
